The Art of Tsa-tsa Making
Date: Jan 21 – Jan 21Space: Workshop
Explore the ancient Buddhist art form of Tsa-tsa making. Tsa-tsas are miniature clay Buddha statues that are made using brass moulds. Regarded as a valued meditative practise, Tsa-tsa sculpture originated in India and has flourished in the Himalayan regions for centuries. Using our capacity for creativity in this way can help us to cultivate positive states of mind, while at the same time producing precious objects that can be treasured or gifted to loved ones.
