(No rules, no boundaries)

Join Gary and the CAN crew for an opening celebration on Friday, 14th October 5-7pm!

Gary has been painting and exhibiting in galleries around NZ since around 1998. In 2015 his creativity took a new direction and he started experimenting with concrete:

“Working with concrete is a lot different than painting in that you are relying on your hands to create something and not just a paint brush”.

His concrete orbs can now be found in galleries around New Zealand, and in homes in a number of other countries around the world.

Now in his latest exhibition, Gary has reconnected with his love for colour and painting, combined with his new passion for concrete, in creating a number of Concrete wall hangings.

“When deciding on the exhibition, I decided to have no rules and no boundaries, allowing me to just go with the flow, trying new colours, new techniques and just see where it took me.”

The result is a striking combination of colours, textures and objects that are designed to brighten up a room and put you in a good mood.
