Hawke’s Bay Landscape Photography by Jos Buurmans.
Fog and light often transform the landscape in Hawke’s Bay, creating scenes of unparalleled beauty and emotional depth. In the hands of local photographer Jos Buurmans, these elements come together to create images that are not just pictures but works of art that tell the story of Hawke’s Bay in all its misty, golden glory. This exhibition invites viewers on a captivating visual journey through the landscape of Hawke’s Bay when the interplay of fog and light creates a unique canvas, when the ordinary becomes extraordinary, and the familiar environment becomes almost otherworldly. Through careful composition and keen observation, each photograph becomes a narrative, a fleeting moment in time that tells a story of the landscape, the weather, and the light. Through these photographs, Jos reveals the magic of fog and light.
