Averil Mucalo was artistic from a very young age. She is self-taught and prefers to use oils or acrylics.

Averil paints a wide variety of scenes and subjects, including landscapes and portraits. She is now venturing in to painting using vibrant colour, which she finds fun and is enjoying the experimentation.

Looking to the future Averil aims to open her own art gallery and teach art.
