Join us for our August weekend Masterclass workshop, and experience the miraculous transformation from precious metal clay into pure silver jewellery.
Make a pendant or earrings from recycled silver (precious metal clay) over the course of the weekend with expert tutor Ingrid Schloemer. You will be guided through the basics of making original and unique pure silver jewellery with Art Clay Silver including imprints of textures (leaf, lace, stamps etc), refining, firing and finishing techniques.
Saturday and Sunday, 10.30am – 3.30pm
Cost: $125 + $100 materials cost

About Ingrid Schloemer:
Since 2006 Ingrid has been teaching many students of all ages, origins and backgrounds as certified instructor for ‘Art Clay Silver’ in private sessions, at schools and during handicraft events.
Born in Germany, Ingrid has been living and teaching in New Zealand since 1994. Her work is currently available at Tennyson Gallery, Hastings City Art Gallery, Unio Goldsmith and Gallery in Havelock North, Auckland Museum Shop, Artmosphere Gallery in Waipawa and Kura Gallery, Wellington.
