Eco Dyeing Workshop

Eco printing or Eco dyeing is a contemporary development of natural dyeing.
We will package papers and textiles to immerse in hot water to extract pigments and produce prints from direct contact dyeing with plant materials.
You will be provided with some specialist materials and a method to achieve ongoing successes.
There will be some materials provided, but please also bring along:
- A small bag of gathered materials: flowers, bark, leaves
- A4 size natural fibre fabrics: cotton, fine wool, silk, linen (some provided)
- 100% Cotton rag paper (some available on the day)
- 4 large Bulldog clips (some provided)
Please also bring:
- Coins for parking
- A gold coin for a cuppa
- An apron
Pre-payment is required to secure your place on this popular course. Your place can be reserved for 48 hours while you organise confirmation with payment. Book early to avoid disappointment!
